I am not sure how many of you are familiar with the Paper Players Challenge this week, but let me tell you….this was HARD for me. A single layer? I didn’t realize how dependent I was on my Stampin’ Dimensionals. I guess I over-compensated by using 4 stamp sets, a letterpress plate and three ink colors? That being said, this was a great challenge. I may decide to revisit it on a regular basis. Even though it made me a little anxious I think it is a good practice in simplicity.
Oh yes, I do believe I may have cheated a little by adding the rhinestone to the hummingbird…I said it’s a good practice in simplicity, I didn’t say I had mastered it 🙂
I’d love to see your single layer projects!
Happy Crafting!
~Elaine
